Get Masters and PhD at University of Cambridge for free

The Gates Cambridge University Scholarship in UK was established in October 2000. Microsoft CEO and founder Bill Gates and his wife Melinda Gates donated 220 million USD to the University of Cambridge from their ‘Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’. The University of Cambridge in the UK is offering international students the opportunity to study a PhD, MSc or MLitt, or a one-year master’s program completely free of charge.

The scholarship will be awarded to selected students under the ‘Gates Cambridge Scholarship’ programme. Students from all countries including Bangladesh can apply for this scholarship. Applications for the ‘Gates Cambridge Scholarship’ program will start from 4th September. Last date of application is 11 October 2023.

All costs of postgraduate and PhD scholarships are sponsored by this grant, the largest ever awarded to a UK university. This is a prestigious scholarship for international students in UK.

– * Full cost tuition fee will be paid. Students will also get additional allowance.
* Will pay 20,000 pounds (about 27 lakhs in Bangladeshi taka) as maintenance allowance for the whole year.
Will provide up to four years for PhD scholars.
* Air travel expenses.
* Cost of visa and immigration health examination.
* 500 to 2000 pounds depending on the length of the course to attend various conferences and courses.
*Family Allowance is £11,604 for the first child and £16,548 for the second child. Does not provide any kind of funding to the partner.
* Normal maintenance expenses during field work as part of Ph.D.
* Maternity/Paternity Fund.
* Unexpected problem funds.
